Rob Falgiano
Red

One of Buffalo’s brightest and most consistent talents Rob Falgiano has released another amazing disc this one titled Red. Throughout his career with seminal bands such as Plaster Sandals and The Contortionists to his incredible string of solo CD’s he has attained a steady yet always evolving sound to his music. On Red he employs some of the finest musicians he has used to date among them Jonathon Hughes, young jazz Turk Eric Starr, his equally talented brother Nelson Starr, Joe Rozler, Maria Sebastian, Tom Fenton, Mark Krurnowski, Jim Bohm and far too many more to mention. Always a master at phrasing and inflection Falgiano shines on the reggae infused “Move As One” the rollicking “Do I Come in Like the Dream I’m Meant to Be” and the simplistic harmonica and acoustic guitar sound of “Wreck and a Half”. Other tracks of note include “Love is All There is”, “Front Line” and “A Little Bit of Shake it”. For more on Rob Falgiano and his latest release Red check out www.robfalgiano.com.
